In this seminar I will focus on asymmetric electron scattering in semiconductors and metals underlying anomalous Hall and topological Hall effects as well as so-called spin swapping phenomena. We have contributed to the field by demonstrating a crossover between qualitatively different regimes of skew scattering on magnetic centers and chiral spin textures leading to either chiral or topological Hall effect. Abstract
